Refund and Returns Policy

While we do our best to ship you the baddest goods, there may be an occasion where you wish to return an item for a refund or replacement. If this is the case please contact us first in order to initiate the returns process.

Damaged goods:

If you purchase something from us that arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with a few photos that clearly show the damaged item(s) and the packaging. Be sure to include your order number.

We will gladly ship replacements or issue refunds for damaged or defective products.

Exchanges:

If you have ordered an item that you wish to exchange for another size or colour, you will be required to to pay the return shipping fees plus the additional fee to ship the replacement item. A further fee may be necessary if the cost of the new variation differs from the original price you have paid.
